Good Morning and welcome to our February board meeting. I am so glad to see everyone here today and I hope you are all safe and healthy
Before we move to our reflection, I would like to thank all of you for the love and prayers, emails, cards, and phone calls. They have provided a tremendous amount of support just knowing I can reach out to any one of you if I need to. The Waterford crystal cross is beautiful and I look at it every day and feel your love and support. I want to thank you, too, for my Christmas gift – a beautiful engraved Yeti cup and Starbucks gift cards. I use it every day. Thank you all from my heart. As many of you know, Kathy has been very ill. She spent a week in the hospital in early December, was home a few days and was readmitted on December 17 with COVID and has had a very rough road. She came home on January 30th and is slowly recovering. She is not currently working and I feel it will be at least a month before she even feels like looking at her computer but she and I talk a few times a week and she is slowly progressing but it will take time so please keep her in your prayers. Total members are 363; 270 Life and 93 Annual
Thank you, Camille and Linda. As an update – we have received numerous dues and have 2 new life members. Our numbers are a little off at this time because Kathy has been so ill, and in the hospital, but she and I will catch this all up and have an accurate count for our next meeting. All monies are deposited, we just need to enter the data in etap.

As an update, and to keep our members engaged and aware Fontbonne is alive and well, I will send a letter to the membership after our meeting.

I have contact Gayle Novack and she appreciated the reminder with all that has been happening this year. Lacey took a new position and there is a new Director in her place so Gayle has assured me she will get the ball rolling. I stressed limited time as we present in May. I will keep the Scholarship committee informed as I get more information.

Tentative date would be May 12, 2021 and if we can have the event I will need a chair for the day. We will know closer to April if we can have the meeting so stay tuned…
