Fontbonne Auxiliary Completes $750,000 Pledge to the NICU

The Fontbonne Auxiliary of St. John Hospital & Medical Center successfully completed their pledge of $750,000 to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of St. John Hospital & Medical Center on Tuesday, May 10 at the Fontbonne’s annual May luncheon.  The pledge was achieved through sales from Le Fontbonne Gift Shoppe and proceeds received from three Girls Night Out events chaired by Amy Danna, Liz Bsharah and Sheri Rieth and from a White Christmas Ball event chaired by Marie DeLuca.  The hard work and tireless efforts of Fontbonne Presidents Patricia Stumb, Amy Danna and Debbie Condino along with their boards, event chairs, committees and community donors also contributed to this success.

The renovated and expanded Mary Ann Van Elslander Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Special Care Nursery opened in January, 2016 at St. John Hospital & Medical Center to provide the hospital’s tiniest and critically ill infants with an enhanced care environment.
