The Grosse Pointe Yacht Club, THE GUILD and the Fontbonne Auxiliary of St. John Hospital & Medical Center have joined together to host the 3rd annual “Run for a Reason” 5k Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Walk.  The route will begin at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club, continue on Lake Shore Drive to Woodland Shores Drive and finish at the Grosse Pointe Yacht Club.  Awards will be presented to winners and family activities including Wally’s Custard, D.J. Bill. and Baffling Bill the Magician will be provided at the Yacht Club at the conclusion of the run.  Proceeds are designated toward the Renovation of the Birthing Center at St. John Hospital & Medical Center.  Advertising and Sponsorship opportunities are available.

Pre-Race Registration is encouraged!  Space is limited and the event may sell out.
